Is YigePOS only for salons?
No. YigePOS is built for appointment-led service businesses, including salons, barbers, beauty studios, spas, wellness centres and multi-location teams. The words and recommended modules change to fit the business type.
What does YigePOS pricing include?
We show the recurring software plan, optional modules, setup and any payment-provider costs separately before you start.
Can you migrate our existing data?
Usually, yes. We first inspect the export from your current system, agree what should move and test the result before launch. What can be migrated depends on the quality of the export.
How long does setup take?
It depends on your locations, existing data, menu and integrations. The free walkthrough gives you a practical setup plan instead of a generic promise.
Who can see our business and customer data?
You decide what the front desk, managers and staff can access. Migration, retention and YigePOS support access are agreed before launch.
Is the AI receptionist available today?
It is currently a private pilot, not generally available. The goal is to connect a business’s own WhatsApp number, answer approved questions using live business information, offer suitable booking times and hand uncertain conversations to a person.
Does payroll transfer salaries or file CPF?
Not yet. YigePOS calculates and reviews pay, commission and eligible CPF amounts, then publishes payslips to the Staff App. Bank transfers and CPF filing remain separate.
Can we test it before replacing our current system?
Yes. Your team can practise in a separate test environment before anything changes in the live business.
